-No, once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. If you have ordered the same product twice by mistake, you can send our team an email that very moment to resolve the matter!

-You will receive your order with 7-10 days (in case of a delay, you will be informed via email).

– At Mashai, we follow the policy of avoiding wasteful production of products and aim at efficiently optimising our inventory. We follow certain quality guidelines before dispatching our products and believe all our products are in their best condition. For more information please refer to our Refund Policy.

-All our products are packaged in a beautiful ‘Ready to Gift’ Mashai box wrapped in a black tissue.

-You can track your order by signing in to your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received & dispatched.

Jewellery Care

  1. How to I store Mashai jewellery?

-You can store your pieces in a jewellery box or an air tight plastic bag to avoid tarnishing. Although these pieces don’t tarnish and have a shelf life of at least two years (we don’t take any guarantee for it as it entirely depends on how well you keep it).

  1. How do I clean the jewellery?

-First use a wet cloth and then a dry cloth to clean the jewellery. These pieces have a long life if kept with care.

  1. Can I wear the jewellery in Water?

– Our pieces don’t get spoilt in water but we don’t take any guarantee for it as there may be external factor involved.
