HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Returns
At Mashai, ALL sales are final. We follow the policy of avoiding wasteful production of products and aim at efficiently optimizing our inventory.
Exchanges
In case the product sent by Mashai is damaged or defective, we request you to click a few pictures (at least two clear images) and send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the product/s.
Our team will then review the product images sent to us by you and identify if there are any defects or damages as per our quality standards.
For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline your exchange request.
In cases where there is a defect or damage to the product, we will send you a request to ship the product/s to our office. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs which will be non-refundable.
Once we receive the product/s from you, we will send replace the damaged piece with a new one and ship it to you within 7-10 days.
